BUSINESS BOOST COACHING Designed around four critical components in your business - business planning, database management and client communications, lead generation, and agent differentiation - this four-week program will provide just the "boost" you need for your business.
Week 1 - Business Planning
You'll begin with Module #1 - Business Planning. This module includes a checklist of the items every real estate business needs, a webinar on the importance of setting goals, our "dinosaur" book, and a call with Denise where the group will discuss how to track your successes. She will also focus on the power of task management and how to get beyond yourself.
Week 2 - Database Management/Client Communications
Database Management and Client Communications are covered in Module #2. You'll receive "The 36 Point System", an audio CD product that will show you how to build your database depending on how much income you would like to earn. Tasks will include organizing your database, setting database goals, and completing your "Master Plan". Your call with Denise will include a discussion of successful follow-up plans, annual client reviews, and exactly what to say when you contact past clients.
Week 3 - Lead Generation
Lead Generation is the topic of Module #3. In addition to a call with Denise to discuss lead generation options, there will be a webinar to discuss matching your lead generation style to your personality. Once you've selected your lead generation system, your task list will include implementing that lead generation system.
Week 4 - Agent Differentiation
Our final module will focus on Agent Differentiation. The webinar for this module will cover "Five Point Elemental Marketing" and image design. Standing out with "concierge client care", amazing follow-up, and impactful brand design will all be covered in your call with Denise.
